What area do we service?

We currently service the greater Cincinnati area including: Northern, Eastern, and Southern Suburbs as well as parts of down town Cincinnati. For service in Kentucky, Indiana, & West Cincinnati CLICK HERE for companies we recommend.

Are you licensed and insured?

YES. DBA Gas Fireplace is fully Licensed, Insured, NFI Certified and and has been servicing gas fireplace in the greater Cincinnati area since 1997.

How Much does a service call cost?

Our services calls are $175 and include our full 20 point inspection (Cleaning, Servicing, and Repairing, up to parts being replaced) Click here for more details on our service calls.

What types of units do you service?

WE DO SERVICE
– All types of indoor fireplaces & outdoor manufactured units

We currently do not service:
– Pellet or wood burners
– Electric Fireplaces
– Custom Outdoor Fire Pits

What brands do you service?

DBA Gas Fireplace offers a full multi point inspection for ALL gas fireplace brands.

Do you service outdoor units?

Yes! We service both interior and exterior gas units. However, we do not service custom gas fire pits.

Do you stock parts for my unit?

Chances are we do! Our trucks are fully stocked with a wide variety of parts so in most cases, we have the parts for your unit on hand.

We complete 95% of the units we service on the first service call.

What's included with a service appointment?

Our service call includes a Full 20 Point Inspection (Cleaning, Servicing, and Repairing, up to parts being replaced).

If your unit does have defective or failing parts, our technicians take the time to explain what needs to be done to get your fireplace working safely again.
