I’ve now used DBA for two difference services and is highly recommend them! Used them to do a gas fireplace inspection before purchasing a home and then later on to install remote starters for those fireplaces. Took the time to do the work and explain it all after they were done. Communication is great and they were able to come out on short notice both times.

We have two gas fireplaces which were in need of regular cleaning and testing service. Lewis showed up as scheduled and worked carefully on both of them. Careful detail to keeping our place clean and he also wore shoe covers. Very personable and knowledgeable young man. I will certainly call DBA Gas Fireplace the next time we need service.

"took time to explain everything"

​The remote for my gas fireplace didn’t work. Also the fireplace needed to be serviced.

It went very well. Doug showed me why the remote did not work and he replaced to unit with a much better system. He also cleaned and serviced the fireplace. His knowledge is unbelievable. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very professional. I intend to hire him to convert my woodturning fireplace to as gas one.

We’ve used DBA several times and have been completely satisfied with their work and work ethic. Couldn’t ask for a more professional, thorough and friendly company to hire. DBA is usually pretty busy and you may have to wait a bit for a service call depending on the time of year. However, the wait is always worth it. We highly recommend DBA for gas fireplace service.
